    Hi all, I’m so anxiously looking for a nice, clean apartment near Alki/Beach Drive/Admiral Area.

    Everything goes SO fast though, or doesn’t allow pets. We (my husband and I) have a very sweet female cat. She is fixed and declawed.

    We’d LOVE a one or 2 bedroom apt and if anyone has any leads, please post or feel free to email me. Ideally $1250, including utilities would be my max. I’ve seen plenty in the $800-$1000 range, so I’m pretty sure this monthly amount should be possible.

    tkg–email my current landlord Marty at: mmjelleli@aol.com and ask if the 1-bedroom apartment near Alki I’m currently moving OUT of is still available. Cat should be ok, but be warned that the neighbors get a kick out of setting their dog loose to chase cats and take dumps in other people’s yards.
