    So, just read an interesting article about corporate innovation. A CTO of GE started a process to increase creativity and innovation. Lots of unfettered time for employees to share ideas and create. Gained big benefits.

    Oh, and he’s been stationed in the US GE subsidiaries but he chose to do this innovating in…Hungary. Hmmm… Wonder why?

    Would Jack Welch have thought this a good idea? Would he have even allowed it? Could this type of thing work here in the states? Love to hear your thoughts, workerbees, managers? Could you pull this off at your workplace?

    yes.. a version of this already works in some very forward thinking companies right here in Seattle
