MikeMMemberI love the WestLake’s Whole Food’s new grill idea. I want folks to try it and let Whole foods know that it’s a great idea and they should put one in thier West Seattle store they’re building. SeaSmoke is what its called. So what’s special about this grill is you go to the fresh fish or meat counter, pick the meat you want to be grilled. They’ll put it on a plate and you take it to SeaSmoke have them grill it up right then and there(No Charge). They also have about a dozen fresh vegetable side dishes(these are additional charges). Within minutes you’re enjoying the freshest grilled salmon, or what ever your choice is and a freshly prepared side dishes.
Check it, tell them you want it in the West Seattle store.

MikeMMemberYes I had a weekend class in the area a couple of months ago, and I have some interesting dietary requirements that avoid wheat and dairy. So it was real nice to find a fresh food concept that easily fit my needs. I went there for lunch and dinner and started to sample each of the different kinds of salmon. Too bad it was only a two day class. Usually a 4 to 6 oz salmon and side dish was about $9 and up. Soooo Fresh!!!

FranciParticipantFor the budget minded.. They cooked up a burger patty (they have some preformed and flavored with various items) that had andouille sausage mixed into it – yummyy… and a spinach salad side for $4.50 – not bad for hot freshly prepared lunch.
** for a couple of bucks they will throw in a bun and the fixins – I just didn’t want the bread..
