    The Embassy Management group of companies provides personalized services that enrich the lives of an amazing group of children and adults by providing social services including residential services, employment support and behavior therapy.The purpose of the Office/HR Assistant is to work with the HR Team providing support in maintaining employee record keeping systems and processes, and to provide recruitment support.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the HR and Operational Teams by maintaining employee record keeping systems and processes, providing recruitment support, conducting staff training and performing related work as assigned to ensure goals and performance outcomes are met.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    High school diploma or GED required and a minimum of six months related experience required.
    Experience in Human Resources strongly preferred.

    Must be at least 18 years of age.
    Must have the ability to satisfy a background check and comply with the company’s drug free workplace policy.
    Must possess a good driving record, show proof of current driver’s license and insurance.
    Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
    Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
    Accurate typing and data entry skills.
    Ability to establish work priorities and to work independently.
    Demonstrated organizational and multi-tasking skills.
    Strong work ethic and team player; high degree of professionalism.
