Hello everyone. My husband tragically passed away on Thursday. We are going through end of life stuff, he will be cremated, but always said if I had the means, he would want a bench in Lincoln Park.

Now, I ask for you to help me find how or who I can call, Google, or etc to get this started. I want his memory and his wishes to be respected, but God help me, I can’t find the right link to click to learn about how to get one there.

Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Hunter, I am so sorry for your loss. Regarding the bench, try going to https://www.seattle.gov/parks/about-us/policies-and-plans/parks-design-and-construction-standards

    scroll down to
    12 93 33 Benches
    12 93 36 Olmsted Bench-Wood & Concrete

Unfortunately, I couldn’t open them, even though I have the latest version of Adobe. If you can’t open them, I suggest you call or email Seattle Parks and Recreation.

I get the same results trying to click on those links, even after clicking on “Install” and it appears I already had the latest version of Adobe Reader.

Best of luck to you on this, Hunter, and let us know if we can do anything else to help. You already know what a great community West Seattle is.

    Mike
