Where’s the new onramp from the First Ave area back to the bridge?

    Thanks.

Head southbound on first avenue towards the Spokane street viaduct. The ramp is in the middle of first ave. If you are on the South side of Spokane street you need to get a couple blocks North of Spokane and get turned around.

While we are on the topic . . . is there a northbound 1st Ave on ramp or tricks to get to the southbound if driving north?

Also, what is with the 4th Ave ramp from W. Marginal Way? It makes you go on a loop-di-loo to get to the lower bridge. Is it not possible to get to the same place (albeit rougher roads) directly from W. Marginal?

I get so confused in that area.

Thanks, neighbors. If you don’t hear from me again, send an Eagle scout to Sodo to lead me by the hand.

shed22…4th Ave. ramp from W. Marginal Way? Is there such a thing? Could you tell me where? Do you mean E. Marginal Way? You have me cornfuseded – lol…

from W. Marginal Way (right at Chelan Ave., near the Chelan Cafe, you can turn left directly to the eastbound low level bridge..and west bound it’s basically the same thing…one right turn…onto W. Marginal…from the low bridge…

For access from the south – cross Spokane Street, if you are in right lane you will be told you must turn right onto Horton. Take your first left onto Occidental, go one block and turn left on Hanford. Then turn left on First and the left lane becomes the onramp to bridge.

JanS, I stand corrected. E. Marginal Way. I just studied the map. I think I get it now.
