Hi, Vanessa–I have to say, if you’re in this field, go to work for these folks :-) We hired a caregiver for my MIL through them and she is amazing! MIL is picky and I’m even pickier and we’re all happy.
I think you can tell a lot about working for someone by talking to their current employees — if that’s true, these guys are the best, and, I assume, they hire only the best. If that’s you, call Vanessa now!
