Hearing a hum. Is it THE HUM?

Is anyone else near the Junction hearing that hum this morning (Sunday)? It sounds a bit higher to me than the famous, traditional hum. Almost like a stuck train horn. But it is definitely loud and annoying. And it has been going on for hours.
