can anyone recommend a good hardwood floor co.? I want someone that’s meticulous and local.

Not sure if this is of interest to you, but I really like this company. Warehouse is on 4th near Costco.

And, if bamboo is not your thing, crosscuts on 1st has amazing hardwood. Traditional to the the very exotic. For one project, I bought a piece that was actually purple. Very cool.

Terry — we’ve just had new hardwoods (Brazilian Teak) put down and had a guy named Mark with Hardwoods by Design @ 206-940-2897 do them. He was really great, great workmanship and showed up every day until the job was done. We found the type of wood on our own, then he got it through his supplier.
