Requirements:
– A current Washington State Cosmetologist License
– Positive and Professional attitude and appearance
– Ability to work on both female and male clientele
– Excellent technical (cutting, color & finishing) skills
– Ability and desire to build and retain clientele
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Passion and strong desire for career and continued education
– Genuine interest in the well-being and satisfaction of clients
– Interest in learning about the business side of being a stylist
– 1+ years of experience in a salon environment
