Your Responsibilities:
Be on time and reliable. Attend all scheduled shifts, and work your entire scheduled shift.
Perform professional quality massage, within scope of practice.
Uphold Massage Envy’s Standards of Practice.
Design specific sessions based on the needs of our members/guests, and your personal style. All sessions are customized with your recommendations.
Create excellent member/guest experience through friendly, nurturing attitude.
We require that all staff members work at least one weekend shift, but we are flexible in scheduling which day and time
Our management team makes Massage Envy West Seattle easy to work for! We all have a background in the Spa/Healthcare Industry. Our franchise owner, Jennifer McCollum, has a background in ergonomics and pain management. She is passionate about self-care and the longevity of your career. We also have our Director of Massage Therapy, Jennifer Panara an actively practicing LMT that has been licensed since 2005. She loves helping our therapists develop and refine massage skills, teaching *free* CE classes, and offering general support for our therapists! Required Education, Skills and Training
Must adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the massage therapy services provided, and follow any applicable law to maintain your current Massage License.
Have a strong customer service orientation.
Possess the ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with members, guests, co-workers and management.
Maintain client confidentiality.
