    Busy medical clinic in West Seattle is looking for a Front Desk Administrator. This position will be responsible for scheduling clients, practitioners, verifying insurance benefits and data entry. They are also responsible for doing in-house laundry, keeping public areas neat and tidy and greeting our clients in person as well as on the phone. Applicant should have computer experience, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and databases. We are looking for someone that can work with little supervision, excellent customer service skills and can think on their own. Thinking outside the box is our primary business model. This position is full time (30 – 35 hours a week) depending on business operations. Our front desk is open from 8 AM – 8 PM.

    Experience:

    Must Have –

    Working knowledge of MS Office

    Spreadsheets (simple formulas)

    E-Mail

    Ability to do searches in Databases

    Understanding of Web Applications

    POS/Cash/Credit Card Experience

    Nice to have entry level experience with any of the following –

    Healthcare Experience

    Accounting Knowledge

    Sales and Marketing Principles

    Pay is DOE (range $10 – $17.00/hour)
