Associated Behavioral Health Care is seeking an experienced administrative team member for our West Seattle office to start ASAP!
This is a great introductory Lead position for those looking to transition from Administrative Assistant to Lead.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Ability to work independently to support the daily operational and fiscal activities of the office to include: scheduling, collections, data entry, and customer service
2. Assist in developing, maintaining, and recording strong patient relations
3. Ensure administrative duties are completed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
4. Facilitate office administration of weekly groups, workshops, and classes
5. Maintain well kept and organized facility
6. Performs other duties
*Shift hours can range from: 8am – 5pm; 9:30am – 6:30pm; Tuesday thru Friday
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Skill in oral and written communications
-Intermediate skill in utilizing computer programs such as: Word, Excel
-Skill in simple Accounting methods
-Ability to organize multiple work projects and establish priorities
-Ability to communicate with employees and various business
-Conducts oneself in a professional and courteous manner
-Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality
-Ability to work within and create a team environment
-Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule
**Medical administrative experience preferred, but not necessary
