Does anyone know why the Tugboat Dixie is off the shore of Beach Drive? It is towing a dingie and a couple workers got into it and went close to shore as if they are looking for something that may have been lost. Looks like some sort of a recovery operation.

Mystery solved. Someone’s sailboat was blown off its mooring, drifted to shore and came to rest on someone’s bulkhead. Tugboat recovery crew in operation.
