Hi all, cleaning out our chest freezer for our next installment of fresh organic meat, I found some beef parts that we just aren’t going to eat. They are from a beef we purchased from an organic farm in eastern WA in late 2010. They are untouched and still wrapped in the butchers paper. One heart (~5#) and two separate portions of liver (~1#). Call if you want to come get them. 369-1832
