Found Cell Phone

I found a cell phone at my bus stop this morning at Fauntleroy & Morgan, near Thriftway. It’s in a black wallet. If you can provide me with any other details (model, color, carrier, etc), I’ll return it to you. Your carrier was no help in finding the owner. And don’t bother trying to call it, it’s set to do not disturb and I can’t change that without unlocking it.
