** ONE OWNER **, ** ALL RECORDS SINCE BRAND NEW **
    **HEATED LEATHER SEATS **, ** POWER SUNROOF/MOONROOF ** and ** ALLOY WHEELS **.
We have owned this car since new (December 1999; car was in Texas until late 2012).  It has ~179,200 (non-smokers) miles.  We have averaged about `11k miles per year.  From the original window sticker to our latest oil change receipt, we have every record, receipt and manual for the car!  Consistent oil changes are documented and have taken place since the first oil change at 3,696 miles.  The following in a brief summary (a full excel spreadsheet of all work can be provided) of recent work:
Jan 2016 – 174,655 miles: New front main seal
Jan 2016 – 174,675 miles: Replaced PCV valve
Jan 2016 – 174,525 miles: Replaced L & R tail light gaskets and trunk weatherstrip
Dec 2015 – 174,274 miles: Replaced cabin filter and installed new wiper blades (done annually)
Aug 2015 – 171,553 miles:  4 new General G-Max AS-03 tires, new radiator, hoses, clamps and coolant
Dec 2014 – 168,101 miles:  New Battery (42 month full replacement warranty)
Dec 2014 – 167,890 miles:  Service on K&N Air filter (reoiled and reinstalled)
Jan 2014 – 162,750 miles:  New front brakes, rotors and alignment
May 2012 – 152,754 miles: New front struts and axle replacement
Feb 2012 – 150,000 miles: New Steering pump reservoir
Mar 2011 – 141,241 miles: New transmission rebuild
Jan 2011 – 139,940 miles:  New engine/transmission mounts, new water pump, new timing belt
The transmission was rebuilt with improved internal components.  The remote keyless entry system is old and finicky, but works best if the battery in the remote is new.  The passenger door locks (front and back) will stick.  You have to press them down or up like the old days.  There are some scratches and dings on parts of the car and bumpers.  All are minor cosmetic issues and not related to anything mechanical.
The engine is solid and is a strength of the car.  Car accelerates, brakes and turns as well as ever.  The interior is very nice.  No rips or tears in the leather seats.
