Except for a few missing copies, I have accumulated Cook’s Illustrated Magazines from 2002 to 2016, included three years of holiday baking issues. Great magazines- no ads, lots of hints, and good recipes. Let me know if interested.
Hey elma, are you going digital subscription or saying goodbye to the new regime after Chris Kimball’s departure? In any case, you must surely have developed some serious know-how in the kitchen over all that time.

I’m getting rid of my “collection” to declutter. But, you are correct. I decided to stop the magazine once Chris Kimbal left. His editorials were wonderful and I miss them. I also will miss reading the science behind the recipes. Always fascinating.
