Cut trees on east side of Harbor Ave

Has anyone else noticed the trees that have been cut down on Harbour Ave between the 2900 and 3000 blocks? Some were pretty small, some larger. Some trunks hauled off, some not. This has been happening over a couple of weeks. Doesn’t look like Seattle work. Don’t know where to report to.
