Building contractor downsizing, selling excess tools, appliances, building materials, plumbing and electrical fixtures. Everything priced to sell, must clear out lots of inventory. Sale will be in the alley West of the address between 37th Ave SW and 38th Ave SW, near Genesee Ave SW. Please do not park in the alley. Sale will be Saturday Oct. 1st from 9am to 4pm and Sunday, if inventory remains. Absolutely no early bird sales. Address is 4151 37th Ave SW.
