Childcare needed – trade-offs considered

I’m a self-employed at home mom and have an 11-month-old daughter. I’m looking for part-time childcare or for somebody who has a baby of a similar age who would like to trade days with me. Will consider nanny share arrangements, too.

Things to know about me…I’m a liberal…organic food lover…and pretty much come from the alfie kohn school of thought on parenting…though I’m not hard edged on any of that…everything in moderation!
