    Noticed that the for lease sign is gone and blue prints on a table. Anybody know what’s happening there?

    It’s been that way for at least several weeks. There is a permit application to divide it into two spaces, but it’s on behalf of the owner, not any specific business.

    Could be – but the proprietor’s Linked In page, at the time of that story breaking, listed a different Alki location, one home to a current business. Been a while since we followed up, though.
