Position Summary: The Banquet Server is expected to provide courteous and prompt service to all guests throughout all phases of the event.
General Responsibilities:
•The Banquet Server reports directly to the Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager
•Review Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) at the beginning of each shift
•Anticipate guests’ needs and fulfill them appropriately
•Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by banquet manager
•Greet all guests and provide exceptional service
•Consistently adhere to grooming and appearance standards
Job Qualifications:
Experience:
•Previous banquet or fine-dining experience preferred
License/Qualifications:
•WA State Food Handler’s Card
•Class 12 / 13 MAST
(Both Food Handler’s and MAST required within 10 days of hire)
•Flexible hours – on call, evenings and weekends
•Due to the numerous event locations reliable transportation is required
Physical Requirements:
•Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs
•Occasionally lifts/carries up to 50 lbs
•Must be able to stand and exert well paced mobility for up to 8‐hours in length
