Part-time/Temporary: Approximately 8 – 16 hours per week.

Job summary
To provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of ZippyDogs
Summary of essential job functions
• Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
• Maintaining filing systems
• Filing of catalogs, customer folders, account receivable/payable and more
• Assist in monitoring and ordering office inventory and supplies
• Photocopying, scanning and faxing
• Writing customer thank you notes and other general correspondence
• Perform pick-ups and deliveries as needed
• Perform data entry in our customer management database and other applications
• Prepare and send outgoing mailings and packages utilizing online shipping tools
• Assembly of marketing materials, mailings and special projects
• Assist with basic accounting functions such as preparing and making deposits
• Represent ZippyDogs in a fun and professional manner
• Perform additional functions incidental to office activities
Additional requirements
• Two to three years of related work experience
• Excellent computer skills, expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• Terrific sense of humor a real plus
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Occasional pick-up and deliveries are functions of the job; must have a car and valid WA state drivers license
