Yes, listed at $48,000 for the business. The property does not come with. The space is rented. The restaurant was remodeled a few years back. The owners are retiring, they have been in business since 1994. The kitchen is smallish in size. There is a bathroom. Seating for maybe 12 tables. Here’s the listing on the NWMLS
