Most (or all) of these laws exist for good reason. The issue isn’t whether or not scofflaws should challenge laws they “don’t like”. These folks are too lazy and too entitled to be bothered to either abide by the laws, or to challenge them. The real issue is why Seattle will not enforce it’s own laws.
