Looks like another house is on the way. Its address is 7453 Gatewood. Among the documents in the city file for that address is this one with a “construction schedule”:

February 8-12: Foundation excavation and excavate unsuitable fill material in southern portion of the
lot and replace slope with structural fill and stabilize with erosion control measures.
February 10: Inspect subgrade
February 11: Inspect Structural fill placement
February 12: Inspect Structural fill placement
February 15-12: Install foundation.
February 21-30: Backfill and stabilize site with erosion control measures. Connect stormwater to
storm sewer.
February 22: Inspect backfill placement
February 23: Inspect backfill placement
February 21- May 30 Construct home.
May 30- June 15: Install final landscaping and closeout project.
June 15: Final Inspection and prepare closeout documents
