I had this happen last week, despite the fact that I am already a Century Link customer AND I have a giant “NO SOLICITING” sign on my door. When I asked through the door what he wanted he said they had installed fiber for my neighbor and “wanted to check in with all our good customers” – I said I was fine, didn’t need anything further – thought it was very odd but figured he was trying to upsell me on the 1gig. He was decked out head to toe in CL gear, which I thought was great given the number of weird unmarked solicitors in the area. I am still ticked they came to my door in the evening.
