I use the Millionair club. They screen all their workers and you guarantee four hours of work plus a meal. I usually call first thing in the morning and tell them what I need someone for and they will dispatch the worker on the bus. If you don't live close to a bus stop you can arrange to pick them up somewhere close. Then when they are done you give them bus fare back to where ever they go. I have used them about 6 times and have had good luck. They have done everything from yard work to lay a linoleum floor to painting. They run about 9-10 an hour. They are http://www.millionairclub.org or call 206-728-5627

Try Al Semple (almco@aol.com). He does good work, and this sounds right up his alley. he has done work for me and a neighbor down the street. both pleased.

Jeff Heinig at Champion Small Engine Repair and Yard Service does a phenominal job on yard clean up. 206.335.7912. He cleaned up all of my blackberry bushes, hauled away two truck loads of yard clean up to the dump. It was so nice not having to deal with it myself. And the end result was great. He has been doing my yardwork for over a year now.
