I've never been but it looks good. We need more healthy Mexican food options.
I use to eat at Gordito's regularly when I lived in NE Seattle. Great place.
While you are on the march, will you find a quality Chinese place to get over here as well? Thanks in advance for that. ;)
ps. you might want to shorten that pic link with a tiny.url; ..it's running over into the ads and that makes TR grumpy.
Sounds and looks good. Lord knows I can't keep eating at Puerto Vallarta for my Mexican food fix, I need some healthier options:-)
Eh. Too much of a mediocre thing.
westseattledood, have you not tried Lee's Asian across from Radio Shack in the Alaska Junction?
zen: that's all well and good - lee's is great, in fact. but i think west seattle has the lowest per capita chinese food than any other city in america.
other than lee's, our selection leaves a bit to be desired. the one or two remaining options lack a certain give-a-shit, in my opinion.
don't even get me started on the delivery thing.
speaking of mexican food, when the due date for our bouncing baby chupacabra store? i saw an ad in the stranger, but it only said, "west seattle beware"
thee:
"We spoke with Aaron Wright, whose El Chupacabra Mexican restaurant and bar is about to celebrate its 5th anniversary on Phinney Ridge – he is hoping to open the Alki branch before that mid-March date."
