   I am looking for a new church in WS that has a good teen program for someone who has not been engulfed in religion and is afraid to go to church because she's not familiar with it. This is a 13 year old. Any recommendations that have a good teen program?

   My son goes to youth group at Shorewood Foursquare Church. They meet on Tuesday nights from 7:00-8:30. They also met throughout the summer, which was nice as we are new to West Seattle and he was able to make friends. You can email me at sldevine@comcast.net if you have any questions about it.

   I suppose it depends on what your religious bent is...a really good place, though not in WS is the Center for Spiritual Living...it's on SandPoint Way near the Univ. of WA...

   You do not need to set foot in a church to understand what they are all about. Their website makes their views pretty apparent.

   you can try West Seattle Christian...just north of the Alaska Junction, very open and welcoming with a good number of middle schoolers and high schoolers
