I'd like to learn how to alphabtize a list when working in a Word doc. Other than manually that is.
Should you need to know; the system I'm using is Windows 7 Home Premium, Microsoft Word 2010.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Is your list in a table, or just up/down on a page? Either way, there is a feature called "SORT", you can sort alphabetically in descending or ascending order. Look for the button with an AZ and arrow in your tool bar. Cheers!
And, you need to select/highlight the whole the list before you click the AZ button. The AZ button should be on the Home tab towards the center of the toolbar.
Found it and learned it Jasperblu, thanks!!!
Peace
You snuck in there Tammi while I was typing my response to Jasper, thank you too.
