Wood turning?

    I need a turned oak spindle to replace a broken lateral chair support piece. Does anyone know where one can be bought or made? I'd like it to have some turns in it, but even an oak dowel would be better than nothing. tan oak, 15" X 3/4"

    Village Woodworks in the Junction sells real wood furniture. They must have sources. Maybe they'd know somebody.

    Pratt Fine Arts Center has classes in wood turning. Perhaps, a student or instructor could help. pratt.org.
