I\'ve seen this guy twice now in the last week.
The first time by Thriftway and then today in the Admiral junction. It almost seems like he is doing it to be funny or see what people will do.
Has anyone else seen him or know who he is?

I\'ve seen him at the California stop south of Admiral - tall, slender, mid to late fifties. He was standing out in the street.
Perhaps Harborview is sending their clinic patients to WS again to practice their daily ADLs!

Yeah that\'s the one!
What\'s Harborview and ADLs?
I\'m still kinda new here.
ADL - Activities of Daily Living (perhaps hitchhiking was part of his daily life?)
Harborview - Hospital on pill hill
Stop and engage him in conversation. Maybe he is reducing his carbon foot print?
Yeah, it\'s strange I\'ve seen him numerous time trying to hitchhike by our stop sign.
Haven\'t seen him in a while though, maybe he hasn\'t gotten a ride yet from the Admiral District.
Maybe he\'s practicing to get to Alki on car free day.
We see that guy often and are afraid of him.
i saw a random guy standing on the corner of charleston kinda by the 7-11 the other day with a homeless sign. My mother-in-law gave him a dollar. It was such a random place for him to be staking out!!!
So... now neighborhood intersections are attracting people with homeless signs. Charlestown and CA?! Unbelievable!
i have seen the hitcher as far east as high point...
