Is there a synonym for "Thesaurus"?
"Thesaurus" is kinda hard to say sometimes, and sounds like a prehistoric, reptilian creature.

Nice one Mike.

You need a new thesaurus. This one is obviously incomplete as it does not list "goose," "goosie" or "gooseberry pie head." Also, I don't know how well my wife would take to being called a cherub - doesn't that imply a certain level of pudginess? That's a recipe for disaster.

Ah. They forgot "sugar britches" too. But then, hardly anybody says that one nowadays.
At least, not to me.

....."sugar britches".....
When I first read that, I missed the "r" in britches...

Cherub - not so bad to be thought of as one in my opinion - especially since it's fast approcahing Valentine's day.
1. a celestial being.
2. a member of the second order of angels, often represented as a beautiful rosy-cheeked child with wings.
3. a beautiful or innocent person, especially a child.
4. a person, especially a child, with a sweet, chubby, innocent face.Posted 4 months ago # -
You say: Oh, ma chérie . . . my sweet little cherub.
She says: WHAT did you just call me?
You say: A beautiful celestial being with a sweet, chubby face.
She hears: [blah-blah-blah-blah] CHUBBY!!! [blah-blah-blah]

"Our World's Fair was so amazing that Seattle is still listed in the thesaurus as a synonym for The Future."
"Seattle could teach you, but it would have to charge."
