We have just had parking put in for our house. We live on a tiny street with no street parking, so we moved a retaining wall and had space for 3 cars made. No sooner had we done this than people starting parking in our spots. This happens at least 3 times a week. These aren't our neighbours, they all have driveways. I think they are people visiting houses on the street below ours and a business nearby. It is really frustrating. What can we do? How does towing from personal property work?

is this your property? Or is it street parking? You can't stop legal street parking, even if you made the parking spots, I would think. If they are parking illegally on your property, call the police, I would think. Maybe find your answers here?

Maybe start with a sign saying it is private property and violators will be towed? Is it possible people don't realize it's private property?
