Wall to Wall Carpeting Recommendations?

    Hi again,

    We are furnishing our new West Seattle home and I'm exploring the option of wall to wall carpet in our finished basement. Any good recommendations for carpet services? I have a little sticker shock from the quotes at Home Depot and Costco Home - are there any better options out there?

    We just replaced w/w carpets that were new in 1953. Did lots of research and had several estimates. Settled on Vogel's out on Aurora. Excellent job, very happy with the carpet, price and work.

    We recently had our basement carpeted. We bought the carpet from the Environmental Home Store and had it installed by Fryer Knowles http://www.fryerk.com/
    We thought their bid was reasonable and they did a superb job. We would highly recommend them. They picked up the order from the Home Store, as well.
