    Ok I am not being mean, but I have to ask. Did anyone notice a lady with frizzy brown curly hair, wearing pajama pants and a TANK top around 1-2 by Elliot tire? She was "running" slowly. Then we saw her getting ON west seattle bridge yes she was walking. a guy flipped a bitch and pulled over. We were getting on the bridge ourselves didn't see what happened. It very apparent she was not in the right frame of mind. Again I am not being jugdemental. It just what we noticed.

    Maybe they had a fight and she got out of the car?

    she was arrested. i had the "pleasure" of watching her gag outside the cop car, while the police woman patiently stood by, handing her tissues.
