Therapist recommendation

    Hello,

    I am not very good at navigating the search on here, so I apologize if I am repeating ):

    I am looking for a therapist and hoping I can get some feedback here. I have three in my insurance network and can't find much on any of them online.

    They are:
    Maureen Hersholt
    Lyn Kratz
    Gina Formea

    I am an adult - never been to a therapist - have mild bouts with anxiety and depression and am looking for help specifically with career counseling and navigating the decision to start my family.

    I really appreciate any feedback :)

    I have been to Maureen Hersholt and have been very happy with her. I know from past experiences it is all about how you click with a therapist that really matters so if one doesn't work keep trying.

    oh good - Maureen was the first on my list :)

    of course, who clicks with one may not click with another, but good to get a positive experience validation :)

    Do any of them have websites? I loved my current counselor's website and I ended up clicking with her just as I thought I would based on her website. Worth checking.

    I'm very surprised that your insurance company only covers 3. Do you think maybe they gave you 3 names, just to start with?

    I recommend checking to see if Diane Mack is covered. 206-935-4224. She is located behind the Junction
