Thaitan Closed Yesterday?

    You guys, I love Thaitan on California Ave, but yesterday when we called to place a delivery order they did not answer the phone at all. I'm worried because usually they are open until 9:30 every single day. They aren't closed, are they? Because that would make me A VERY SAD PANDA.

    Just called them and they were open - said they'll be open until 9:30. Guess maybe they were too busy to answer the phone when you called yesterday. I would've been a sad panda too if they closed!

    Well, thank GOODNESS, Sue! Thanks for calling them. We called 4 or 5 times between 7 pm and 8 pm trying to get through. I guess Sunday evening is a busy time for delivery places, so maybe they were just really really busy.

    I'm having trouble right now getting in as well. Buddha Ruksa also is routinely overwhelmed by phone calls and in their case you get a "not available" message as if they're closed. In their case, I wonder if it's Qwest or that they've decided not to invest in a higher business phone account.
