   Hey all - just realized on King5.com's 1/2 price deals that Talarico's has a $50 certificate for $25 (and $3.75 email delivery fee) (I know, what the heck's up with that)
   Great deal - check it out!!

   King 5 should stop calling these "gift certificates". By law, a gift certificate does not expire and does not have to be redeemed in full (and the merchant must honor the remaining balance). It may be a good deal, but it's not a "gift certificate" (or if it is, their restrictions are not enforceable.)

   Talarico's has great happy hour prices - you could have a pretty nice early dinner for 50 bucks!

   According to the Half Price Deals website, "Generally the Certificates may not be used for alcohol - please check with the restaurant." It also says "It is up to the restaurant / merchant but generally a Certificate can only be used for one visit," and cash cannot be given back for any unused balance.

    Talarico’s is AWESOME – Since we are open till 10 PM, by the time we get out of work, there are no kitchens left open, but Talarico’s is consistent and they never call last call early. (Kitchen’s open till 1 AM). Therefore, we frequent them often to get some food. Their late night Happy Hour at 11 PM, makes them more appealing.

    We have tried other restaurants in the area only to be told the kitchen is closed early or they just called last call. Talarico’s is the best hot spot after 11 PM for food and drink!

    We got the discount cards as well, because we know we’ll be spending the money anyway. BTW – They have a Flank Steak Special with Gorgonzola Mash Potatoes - YUMMY! It was seasoned to perfection and the vegetables were el Dante’ instead of mush. It was a gastro-delight!
