    Sounds great. I\'m really drawn to G\'town. Cool neighborhood. I even considered buying there but was deterred by their bad water tables. Now I\'m happy as a lark in the Double U Ess.

    I just returned from Artopia--I went last year too. Loved it both times. In the afternoon they have carnival games for kids with THE best prizes I have ever seen at any such event. (My four-year-old son is in the backyard right now, enchanted with his new toy cockroaches.) The crowds aren\'t insanely huge either, but I worry--this is only the second year--I\'m sure that will change!
