Spokane St Viaduct - new 1st Ave on/offramp.

    I went by there this morning and it looked like the bottom of the new ramp has been torn up (the rebar looked all twisted). Anyone else notice this?

    if you stop at hooverville for a couple of drinks on your way home, the rebar looks straight.

    ...but the ramp isn't open yet.
