    The vegetarian Pho at White Center Pho is AMAZING. I have eaten pho all over the city and have finally become able to decipher the good from the bad. It's all in the broth. Good pho should taste like much more than chicken soup broth. The Pho at White Center Pho is the absolute best I've ever had. I use to add a ton of hoisin and siracha to my pho at other places, but the broth at this restaurant stands alone. It's that flavorful. So complex and delicious. I can taste all of the different flavor notes..the cinnamon, the star anise...etc..etc.. Such a local treasure. It's located across the street from full tilt and down a little ways. Inexpensive and addictive! Add extra tofu for a buck! Highly recommend this dish if you're a pho lover. It won't dissapoint!
