   Folks,

   I'm in the market for a short term lease (3mths)
   I need a 2 bed that will allow a dog(lab). I'd prefer a house/townhouse with a bit of a yard.
   Not anything that is for sale. Don't want to pay over $2k pm. Anywhere West Seattle(ish)

   closer in to the main part of WS...and it says nothing about pets, although the rent is more than you said...but...all utilities included, so...you could enquire about the pet thing, and if she has any other properties that might be a bit cheaper nearby...

   cruiser...

   i can't remember the name of the corporate housing we used when we moved here.. but it is downtown closer to pioneer square and has a sushi joint on the bottom floor.

   i know they allow dogs..

   have you called the local rental management companies? there are a lot of rentals on the market right now.. someone might be happy to take 3 months rent...

   good luck. i know how difficult it is to find temp housing.. especially when you have pets...

    well, cruiser...I can be a bit of a night owl at times, and I saw your post late..looked around a bit, found stuff that wasn't exactly REAL helpful for you, posted it...and then went to bed :) So, of course I stayed up late just for you...hehehe...

    it's the kid they should be scared of... especially teen boys.. there is nothing like teen boy hormones and sweat to gross out a carpet.. i don't know if you can rehab it :)))

    but for some reason they seem to focus on the dog's size instead... it puzzles me.. but there you go..

    Beachdrivegirl...I had that problem, too..couldn't open a PM without a subject line..I asked TR about it...and..she's not sure that it can be rectified :(
