Seeking West Seattle Rental House for 3 -5 months

    We're remodeling our house in West Seattle and are seeking temporary housing in the West Seattle area (or somewhere fairly close). Needs to be 2 bedroom or more. Washer and Dryer needed in the house. Needs to have a fenced yard or something that could contain our dogs when needed. We would like to move sometime in mid March but we're open to some room in timing if it's the right house.

    A couple with a baby. Golden retriever, chihuahua and cat. All well behaved. :-) Responsible, non-smokers, non-partiers.

    Don't scare me any more than I am!

    (we built in 2 months of "oops-its-not-finished-yet" time. Hopefully that's it!)

    i sincerely hope so...

    what you expect generally takes more time than you thought..
    in my experience, it's what you don't expect that bites you...

    so did you budget for the 20% more too?

    With any luck you will have that time and those dollars left over.
