p.s. I just picked up the issue, and all 75 pages are devoted to West Seattle...even most of the page ads. They also give high praise to the coolness that is the WSB and Tracy.

Sorry we haven't posted about this yet, except on Twitter and Facebook. They made an unfortunate typo in the headline to the news section where WSB material was used, and I'd been waiting for them to fix it. It may now currently be as fixed as it's going to get. (Oh no, wait, there's a 404 now.)
Newly promoted editor-in-chief Mike Seely is a West Seattleite. He asked to meet with us a few weeks ago and told us about this and asked if we could do the news for the section where they usually pull their own daily news of the past week, and we said, since it's a one-off, sure, that might be fun. (No money involved, purely promotional benefit.)
There was even a goofy little caricature of me (based on what, I don't know) at the start of the roundup that's now 404'ing. I'll add the link if it ever does come back online. Or, check page 9 if you have the print edition.

Mike - YOur comment on the article was on point. Thank you for giving props to Tracy & Company. I can't imagine a West Seattle without them!

I read it cover to cover, and found myself wondering if that was the first time Tracy had a cartoon made of her. My good friends and West Seattleites The Young Evils even recorded a little theme song.
