    Wonder what it would be like if EVERYONE did Christmas lights. There's probably a city somewhere with a law that says you gotta do lights and decorations. Some place in Utah, maybe, or some dinky Midwestern burg with a name like "Santa's Village, USA."

    Instead of maps to the houses with decorations, there'd be maps showing where all the darkened houses were, so people could visit them, driving slowly by with a sense of hushed amazement.

    Look Timmy! It's the old Preston place. There's not a single Christmas decoration or light there.

    Oooooo!!!!! Ahhhhh!!!!!

    Do people live there, Mommy?

    For once, I know excatly where that one is! It makes me laugh every time I see it. Glad I am not the only grinch in the neighborhood.
