It was burglarized this week while it was for sale. We had sentimental items taken that we would like back.

Very sorry to see this. Hope you are able to get your things back.
It might be helpful for other sellers & realtors to know whether the thief/thieves broke in via traditional methods or whether they used the keybox.

The items we are looking for aren't in the picture. However if someone saw these items we were hoping to get the other items. The breakin was traditional through a basement window.

We are looking for some pictures that were in a box. Just personal items that will probably be trashed. :(.
We were thinking if you followed the link that you would see pics of our large oriental rugs that were also loved very much by us. We thought those are a bit more unique and noticeable. so might lead us in the right direction of the individuals who did this. We believe that this was defin. planned b/c the rugs are very large you would need to know to bring a truck/large vehicle to take the items. They also took some amps, surrond sound system, and nice mirrors. Disappointing but I guess on the bright side we werent home so noone was hurt. :)

I tried to see the pics on the link you gave but it said it's no longer available. Is your house on Fauntleroy, by chance? My mom went to look at a house for Rent and thought that it was odd there was a For Sale sign in front. They wanted all her personal info so they could do a credit check.......but no application...... HUGE RED FLAG! Thankfully she said they weren't interested and got out of there.

No our house is on Beach Drive. On the corner of Childberg/Beach near the park. IT was for rent through Phillips & fro sale through Windermere. That is odd about not havig an applicaiton.
