RAVE:To Whomever shoveled my sidewalk!

    I came home this afternoon to a shoveled sidewalk right up to our gate! I couldnt express enough thanks to whomever did that for us!

    I had the same thing happen! It is wonderful how people can
    band together in times like this isn't it? Tomorrow you will smile walking on your fancy new path! :)

    Our neighbors, who are constantly doing wonderful things for us, finished shoveling our driveway while we were struggling with a hilly icy sidewalk in the back. (We didn't see them, but saw the evidence.) Thank you wonderful neighbors of charlabob (and everyone else who is doing good deeds.)

    I'll be out and about tomorrow, with a car -- if anyone needs anything, PM and I'll see what I can do -- pay it backwards, forwards, and sideways.

    Our neighbor cleared our sidewalk too -- now I owe him some cookies, for sure.

    One of the main page commenters wondered why kids don't go around offering to shovel sidewalks for pay, like they do in Nebraska. I thought, who in Seattle owns a snow shovel? And whose teenagers have ever seen one in use?

    Our neighbors cleared our sidewalk and steps--with blowtorches! I was amazed at how clean our sidewalk looks. I need to make them tons and tons of cookies.
